My Dragonfire play through and review. This is my first attempt at a real play through.  I hope you like it. I do believe  I made an error or 2. I think i’m going to post a follow up video that is a play through of the first round. I learned a lot and had all kinds of problems with software. That caused issues with YouTube postponing the publication of this video. In other words I’m sorry this took so long.

With it all said and done I can say that I thoroughly enjoy Dragonfire and I hope to see a lot of expansion items for it in the future.

E-CAT35260-Combat-Manual-Mercenaries_Cover_580wide-240x300A Draconis Combine warrior struggles with immoral orders in the First Succession War. A House Davion MechWarrior participates in a risky heist as part of Operation Guerrero. A history buff battles the Word of Blake during the Liberation of Terra. What do these MechWarriors have in common? Each one pilots the same BattleMech, a survivor that has been repaired and rebuilt countless times throughout its long and bloody 300-year lifespan.

The seventy-ton GHR-5H Grasshopper can outmaneuver and outlast some of the most fearsome enemy ’Mechs, making it an invaluable asset to battlefield commanders. Even an incapacitated Grasshopper will be rebuilt to fight another day, with a new pilot at its controls, because MechWarriors can be replaced, but ’Mechs cannot.

In BattleTech: Legacy, thirteen all-new stories chronicle the fortunes and tragedies of a single ’Mech across several tumultuous points in its wide-ranging combat history. Veteran BattleTech authors Kevin Killiany and Craig A. Reed, Jr. bookend this exciting collection, while other familiar names and new blood explore important moments in this ’Mech’s history of constant, unmitigated warfare that leaves no corner of the Inner Sphere untouched.

Matt takes his first look at Horror Adventures from Paizo for Pathfinder.  Some of the highlights Matt discusses are Corruptions, Madness, and expanded Fear rules.

I think the best part of Horror Adventures are the Corruptions.  The compleity they add to role-playing is just too much fun for everyone.

At Gen Con I finally had the chance to meet with Jonathan Nelson of AAW.  We chatted about Snow White – not the Disney version. One amazing thing I learned about this product is it has rules for love.  How sweet is that.

I look froward to reviewing this book soon.

At Gen Con I hooked up with Firelock Games to chat about Blood and Plunder.  Blood and Plunder is a historical game set during the height of pirates plundering the coastline. All I have to say is beautiful models plus boarding rules has to make for a good time.

There frigates are amazing.

Dropfleet  Commander was kickstarted by Hawk Wargames, the makers of Dropzone Commander, and it was a huge success. Of course it was, Dropzone Commander has a great community, one of the best, plus Hawk Wargames doesn’t seem to make mistakes.  I mean they put out great models, have good rules and they love their community even if they did make mistakes major mistakes they’d be forgiven. With that kind of support they shouldn’t have been surprised by the success – they were.
