Simple Chocolate Cherry Protein Energy Bar

As part of Con survival week I’ve decided to share with you one of my favorite recipes for an energy/protein bar.  This Chocolate Cherry bare is simple to make and is far healthy for you than thos things you would by at your gas station.

It has a balance of protein, carbs, and fat that is just about right for me when I’m on the move or when I go longer between meals than I should.

I hope to see you at Gen Con, and I have to thank all of my kickstarter backers for inspiring me to make this happen it was a lot of fun.

Ghostbusters by Cryptozoic

Not too long ago Cryptozoic did ran insane kickstarter to fund this game.  You can get a good look at Ghostbusters on Kickstarter.

I love the look to this game.  But I have to admit I wouldn’t have found it if it wasn’t Ghostbusters.  This is the only Co-operative game that has really caught my eye this year.  The quality that is shown in the Kickstarter  looks to be high quality.  The miniatures look great and, for me, they can put the game over the top.

I had the Chance at Origins 201 to chat with Keith from Mr B Games about there recent Kickstarter WarQuest.

WarQuest is off to a promising start.  My initial impression was risk meets fantasy, but as the interview went along I realized that the mechanics are a lot more in depth than that.  I hope to bring you a real review very soon.

This is my Review of Linko.  Linko is a card game, from Ravenburger Games, that just about anyone can play.  It’s nominated for an Origins Award.

I didn’t know what to expect from this, but it’s one of those light games that you can easily find refreshing.
