At Gen Con I caught a Tripods and Triplanes demo at the Ares Games booth. It’s set in the War of the Worlds timeline and you can use your WWI planes.
If you like the Wings of Glory system I’m sure you will enjoy Tripods and Triplanes.

I managed to catch a game demo of Monsterpocalypse at Gen Con.
I like the fact that this is a hobby miniatures game now – and I want to the the Privateer Press office prize!
At Gen Con 2018 Oz (Will Schooner) and I talked about Monsterpocalypse, Crucible Guard and he even taught me a little more about Company of Iron, and I think we talked about Hordes. After this interview I felt like I could play Monsterpocalypse.
This was the first time I spoke with Oz and I hope it won’t be the last.
I caught up with Carl from 4ground at Gen Con 2018. We talked about Fable Realms, terrain – their product is prepainted.
I really can’t wait to tear into some of their sets!
At Gen Con 2018 I found Dave Lewis dug in at the TTC booth. We had the chance to talk about Dropzone Commander and Dropfleet. He was happy to pull a Dreadnought out of the case for me and you to look at.
The new ships are huge!
I caught up with Stuart Mackaness from War Cradle Studios at Gen Con 2018. We talked about Wild West Exodus, Dystopian Wars, Uncharted Seas, Planet Fall and Firestorm Armada.
They have so many cool things in the works I can’t wait!
I visited Sean from CMoN at Gen Con. We chatted about Newton, Kick Ass, and Railroad Inc. Would believe Newton sounds like it might require some thought?
I thought Newton would be the game I was most interested in, but I can’t stop thinking about Railroad Inc.
I caught up with the Pittsburgh GMs and chatted about the Degenesis RPG. There are a a lot of interesting Mechanics in this game.
This interview is probably the best overview you will ever get on the RPG Degenesis!
I caught up with Rachel and Jason from Legendary Games at Gen Con 2018. We talked about so much it’s crazy Pirates, Mythic Adventures and more. Oh plus their disposition on Pathfinder 1st ed.
I can’t believe how much wicked cool product these guys crank out!
I decided to share with you how easy it is to make a character using the Pathfinder Playtest rules, or Pathfinder 2e if you prefer. I chose to make a Goblin Alchemist in this video because I believe they fixed a lot of the problems I had with Alchemists in previous editions. I went with Goblin because it sounds fun and it’s now a core ancestry.
I kind of regret not making a monk.
Pathfinder on Amazon.
