I really like the new Mercs book. Banner Saga looks awesome and the next Myth product is, I think, going to be a refreshing change.

At Origins Kenny and I chatted about, MERCS 2nd ed, Emergence Event, Mercs Conflict, Myth, and a little bit about Recon. They are an overworked bunch of guys that are great to be around at a convention. Which by the way make sure you read my thoughts on MERCS Conflict in a couple of days. I had the chance to play the game while at the show.

From the Myth project update
We also plan to launch MegaCon Games next KS during the month of March. It is called MERCS: Recon. It is a fully cooperative game in the MERCS world. The game will launch with game rules and how to play videos. It has been ready for a bit now, but we wanted to start shipping Myth before we launched it. Every delay in shipping pushed Recon back further and tested our patience more.
In this Box Breaking Matt takes a look at the ISS starter from the MERCS Miniature game. The ISS figures display a slender and true proportion in their sculpts. MERCS is a fast paced skirmish miniatures game.

In this Box Breaking Matt dives into the USCR Starter. The closer you get the better the view. The USCR appear to be wearing a power armor that should give them an advantage.

Matt decides to show you how easy it is to sculpt basic rocks or rocky terrain. It just goes to show you that you don’t know what you can do until you try. Matt has never sculpted rocks before.

Well this isn’t the most complicated starter in the World. So Matt adds some basic basing tech to the film. You might laugh when you see the models aren’t even primed yet. While this is probably the easiest of the starters to assemble there is still a lot you can do to beef it up.
