I finally caught a demo of Dropzone Commander
If you didn’t catch it this video features changes, they have me excited.
At Gen Con 2018 I found Dave Lewis dug in at the TTC booth. We had the chance to talk about Dropzone Commander and Dropfleet. He was happy to pull a Dreadnought out of the case for me and you to look at.
The new ships are huge!
Dave and I chat at Gen Con 50 about the next level of tournament play and how the second edition of Dropzone Commander will impact the universe.
I’m not sure what I’m looking forward to more, DZC or DFC!
In this Figure Forge Matt assembles both builds of the Resistance attack Helicopters.
The blades made these models a lot of fun.

I had some problems with glue drying, but I am very happy with the end results.
So I caught up with Hawk Wargames at Origins 2017. We spoke about Dropzone of course. But we also talked about some of their plans for gaming at cons. Good stuff inside.
I really like the direction they are moving the “approved” play in – it means I will get some more players in the are.

For those of you thinking about DZC I highly recommend it. Super easy to learn and next to no clunk in the rules.
