In this episode of Figure Forge Matt Assembles the Hordes Dire troll 3 Model kit using rare earth magnets. He shares his experience with you so can avoid his pitfalls.
So What did Matt learn from this assembly?
- 2 or 3 mm Magnets should be used for the arms
- Have two part epoxy on hand for the big wells on the arms
If I ever make this model again I will choose one head one set of arms and glue them on. I would only make the spine and the hands interchangeable.
