Master of Orion is new to me ( I can’t believe i just said that), but all hype this year has me looking into it.
In this Box Breaking Matt takes a look at Shadowrun Zero Day. The game that allows you to play as the contagion that can bring the mega corporations to their knees. Each players goal is to hack in to the corporations and bypass the system.
This game features some great art, and is super easy to learn.
In this Box Breaking Matt takes a look at the new deck builder from Catalyst Game Labs – Dragonfire. In Dragon fire a party of adventurers cooperatively go on quests for fame, fortune and honor. No really we just get together for some fun!
Dragonfire is my favorite Gen Con release this year. I am working on the review stop back in a few days to get the scoop.

Complete game Demo of Shadow Run Encounters from Catalyst Game Labs. It’s a push your luck dice game where running is a mechanic. Be careful though it can have a price.
I’m a fan of push your luck games, this one has a lot of appeal because of some extra mechanics.

I ran into Jason Hardy from Catalyst Game Labs at Origins 2017 and as always we had a great chat. One of the first things we discussed was the tarot deck – it’s beautiful. We also discussed Seattle Sprawl, Anarchy, and Cutting Aces.
I can’t wait to pick up Cutting Aces – I hope it’s as good as I believe it to be.
