| Hello Lorescapers! It is the mid-point of our BattleTech campaign and things are going well! Thank you to everyone who has followed, shared and backed our campaign, it ensures this will be a successful product launch and that we will continue to develop, support and retail it for the years and hopefully decades ahead. Catalyst is also very happy with the results, and are fully supporting our future plans. Here is a rundown on all the important news! 1: Launch day live stream The Livestream we have talked about before is this coming Monday at 4pm GMT/ 8am Pacific/ 11am Eastern. Join CGL and Lorescape on Monday for a BattleTech Fight Night Special Live Stream on YouTube! Randall Bills will take on the Lorescape CEO in a full demonstration battle showcasing the new Core Box and rules and the Lorescape Terrain system. They will talk tactics and updates, and take questions on both systems while they fight it out to be the ultimate ‘Mechs on Hex champion. Watch it live, or catch it later when the video uploads on that channel. It will be a fun and interesting event for any BattleTech fan, regardless of whether you are backing the campaign. |

| The Kozice valley (see photo below) is a particular favorite of mine, with the transparent water tiles and Savannah biome combining into an epic map. But that is a high-end addon, and we want to address the issue of affordability and price that we know is holding a lot of potential backers off committing. So, we have added a stretch goal for 50 free blank tiles in every pledge at 500k, but also added 50 to every pledge right now. These 100 bonus blank tiles will allow you to make bigger maps, double the height of terrain for Alpha strike, customise them, or even make 200 tile boxes do the job of 300 tile packs in some situations, saving you money. Additionally, we are going to release several smaller discounted bundles as addons, to let those with the smaller pledges access the sort of discounts usually only available with bigger packages. |
