PATHFINDER’S MISCHIEVIOUS GOBLINS RETURN TO WREAK HAVOC ON FREE RPG DAY IN NEW WE B4 GOBLINS MODULE
REDMOND, WA (June 15, 2016): Paizo Inc., publisher of the award-winning Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, announces today Pathfinder Module: We B4 Goblins, the fourth installment in Paizo’s popular Free RPG Day adventures. Free RPG Day takes place on June 18, 2016, offering new and exclusive free RPG modules and other gaming products provided by participating publishers, through participating game stores, to encourage and develop the roleplaying game hobby.
We B4 Goblins is a Pathfinder RPG adventure for up to four goblin characters just beginning their careers of mischief and mayhem. The module is sanctioned for use in the Pathfinder Society organized play program with sanctioning rules, pre-generated goblin characters, and special chronicle sheets available on paizo.com. In addition, players who play the module in a participating retail location on Free RPG Day will receive a second boon that will grant their character a commemorative toad for use in future scenarios.
As whelps of the Licktoad tribe just out of their swaddling cages, the goblins Chuffy, Mogmurch, Poog, and Reta must prove themselves by undergoing a series of challenges, from tying a string to a large spider and shouting insults with hot rocks in their mouths, to facing off against a goblin bully and his dimwitted minions. As a final test of their mettle, they must make a dangerous and smelly trek to claim a toad from the nearby swamp and present it to the terrifying presence that lurks within the Cave of Darkfear, only after which they can truly call themselves goblins.
The adventure takes place in Brinestump Marsh and the surrounding areas of Varisia in the Pathfinder campaign setting, and serves and a prequel to We Be Goblins!, We Be Goblins Too!, and We Be Goblins Free!, Paizo’s 2011, 2013, and 2015 Free RPG Day adventures.
This special 16-page Pathfinder Module was created for Free RPG Day and will be available for free in hobby game shops worldwide on June 18, 2016. The print edition will be available for sale and a free download will be available on Paizo.com beginning July 1, 2016.
