The Voligeur is a uniquely designed NuCoal weapon.  It is the main battle tank for sale to the Eastern Sun Emirates and other Badland Communities.  The original production stagnated do the cost of the armament.  Production picked up again with and under powered barrel.

When you get to take a look other pictures you will be impressed with the overall size of the model.  It is not an HHT 90 mind you, but you can clearly see it earns its size rating of 13.  It is certainly large enough to spearhead an assault.

The Voligeur can now be found on the battlefield in 3 variants.

While the lawsuit has been going on for awhile now it appears there is some new news.   If you have not been to Dakka Dakka and to Bell of Lost Souls (BoLS) to read about it I suggest you go here and here.  I am going to recap a little bit of what is being said, but I am only going to recap the main portion of the posts.  I encourage you to visit the links and read them for yourself.

In a nutshell, Games Workshop filed suit against Chapterhouse because they (GW) claim Chapterhouse has infringed on the intellectual property of Games Workshop.  Chapterhouse motioned for a dismissal saying that GW must cite where the infringement is.  So far it seems GW has not defined the areas of infringement.

The post on BoLS by BarCode states that GW has taken the following actions in response to the lawsuit.

  • They have put some Tyranid and Eldar releases on hold until the legal matters have been settled.
  • The Tervigon kit will not be released.  Instead they will release a new monster.
  • Thunderwolves will no longer be released.
  • GW will go to a single wave release schedule.

I don’t know about you but not all of those are bad things.   OK, I am bummed out by the fact that Nids and Eldar are on hold.  But the truth is GW made that  choice not Chapterhouse.  Do I agree with it?  That is both a yes and a no.  Which I will cover in more detail in a minute (it is all opinion).

Leaving Feedback for eBay Buyers

Gaming News  Comments Off on Leaving Feedback for eBay Buyers
Jun 102011

This is why you do not leave fee back for your buyers on eBay.

  • You can’t leave negative feedback
  • You can only leave feedback for one transaction
  • They can leave you negative feedback for every item even though they might be on the same transaction.   My answer to this is I no longer combine invoices.
  • DSR’s are discriminatory against buyers that do not have a high volume of sales.
  • It is too easy for the buyer to falsely represent an accurate expectation of the dsr’s  ( I have received DSR scores of 1 across the board within 15 minutes of some purchases)

So, until eBay fixes their feedback system a seller should never leave feedback for a buyer.    After all, if we don’t go there to sell no one will be able to buy.

That is my eBay vent for the week.   It has been coming for a long time.   I just can’t wait to see the day when I no longer need to sell on eBay.
