You have gotten your walker and ground modes mixed up in this video.
At walking stationary or combat speed you can and I quote “turn freely”.
At walking top speed you must move 2 inches before turning 60 degress.
At ground stationary you can make 2 turns.
At ground combat speed you must move 2 inches before a turn.
At ground top speed you must move 3 inches before a turn.
