DIZED INVITES ALL GEN CON ATTENDEES TO SIT ON THE
THRONE OF GAMES

More Than 100 Board Games Make Up the Throne, One Gen Con Attendee Will Win Them All
HELSINKI, FINLAND (August 1, 2017): Playmore Games, developers of Dized, the board game companion app that removes the rulebooks and gets gamers playing right away, announces today Dized’s return to Gen Con (Indianapolis, August 17 – 20). In celebration of the app’s August 28 launch on IndieGogo and Gen Con 50, Dized will construct a giant throne of games for attendee photos and one attendee will win the throne and all of the games after the show.

Valued at more than $5000, Dized’s Throne of Games at Gen Con will feature more than 100 new and classic board games, including Dominion, 7 Wonders, King of Tokyo, Pandemic, Catan, Smash Up and much more, built into a throne that will take over the Dized booth (#2941) and provide an opportunity for attendees to sit on the throne for photographs throughout the show. One lucky gamer will win all of the games in a draw, including a celebratory delivery of the games and throne to the winner’s home.

“We wanted something big to celebrate Dized’s upcoming launch on IndieGogo and Gen Con 50,” says Jouni Jussila, Dized/Playmore Games CEO. “Dized’s Throne of Games will be a must-do for everyone attending Gen Con. Who doesn’t want to win a giant throne of board games!”

Dized puts the universe of tabletop gaming in the palm of the hand with a fun, easy-to-use app for learning any tabletop game. In addition to rules tutorials and lookup tool, Dized will also feature exclusive digital expansions and a community of tabletop gamers at the fingertips. The first games to get Dized tutorials were announced last week, including Blood Rage, 7 Wonders, Carcassone, and Bang!.

Dized launches via IndieGoGo August 28. Sign-up is now open to receive news, early announcements and other promotions. For more information, visit dized.com.
